Valentina is an excellent personal trainer. She not only helped me recover from an injury but she taught me how train smarter to minimise the risk of future injuries. I considered myself quite knowledgeable and experienced before working with her; but she taught me more in a few weeks more than I did own my (over many years). The attention, expertise and honesty as well were other highlights of working with her. Overall, Valentina is a great trainer who will teach you to train smarter, resulting in gains and you being the best version of yourself. I am really happy to have met her.

Valentina is the best personal trainer I have ever come across. She is extremely qualified and has a variety of knowledge that makes her stand out as a professional. She really knows her stuff, care about the people she works with and is super professional. I started training with Valentina after having two kids. I didn't do much exercises during pregnancy and post-kids and ended up with an inflammation on my knee. Valentina sorted my knee out and helped immensely with my core strength, always prioritizing health and wellbeing over crazy and unsustainable "transformational plans". I would recommend Valentina to anyone who is determined to have a healthy and good relationship with exercising!

Valentina is an exceptional PT who I would highly recommend. She is super focused on you getting your technique correct and will also take a holistic view on your fitness if you want that help - why wouldn't you? She seems to know instinctively what level to pitch your workout but is also flexible to your needs. Would give her 6 stars if I could!

Fantastic PT! I very much enjoyed my PT sessions with Val. She is equipped with plenty of knowledge and skills to help you achieve your goal whatever your level is. I also often attend Val's Pilates classes, which has helped me enormously with my sciatica. Val is highly recommendable if you are serious about fitness and want to see results fast!

Exercising with Valentina feels and is transformative. She truly understands how your body moves to ensure you have the best form. I started postnatal sessions in July 2022. By allowing me to exercise with my baby, I've been able to find myself again through fitness and am stronger than I have been in years. I'm just so grateful I found her.

I started seeing Valentina 6 months ago having never had a personal trainer before. I’ve been impressed not only by how knowledgeable she is (form is everything) but also intuitive, how she meets me at my level but always knows how far to push me. She’s super experienced , a great listener and great fun to train with. She’s also been flexible when I couldn’t train. Cannot recommend her enough as a PT both in the gym and virtually at home. She will help u get the results u want in a realistic and achievable way. And a lovely loyal human to boot. Five stars ! X

Valentina is a friendly, kind, helpful and knowledgeable PT who helped me to improve my pelvic floor so much after a traumatic birth. She also helped me to build up my strength and boost my confidence after each session. I will definitely recommend her service to anyone!

I've been training with Valentina both online and in person for over 3 years, 2 to 3 times a week. She is an excellent trainer, coach and mentor and has completely transformed not only my approach strength and fitness but health as a whole. I'm now in my forties and in the best shape over ever been thanks to her, even when comparing back to my early twenties as a keen cyclist. Not only am I much stronger and better defined from working with her, but Valentina has helped me work through some really frustrating injuries and pains, accrued thanks to my desk job (damn you tight hip flexors, abs and glutes!).

Val is an amazing PT, I spent many years yoyo dieting and failing at weight lose. I started training with Val and learnt a lot about fitness but Val also helped me change my attitude towards food and training and tailormade a programme for me. I also had injuries to my back and ankle and Val amended the programme so that I could continue to train but also used acupuncture and sports massage to aid recovery. I think Vals attitude to overall wellness, rather than quick fixes has really helped me.

I have been doing with Valentina personal training for around a year now and I am extremely happy with the results. My body is in much better shape. I had a knee injury that she took into account and we strengthened the muscles around it to a point that I barely feel I have an injury. Additionally the program was tailored to take into account my hunching and my weak back muscles; my posture now is considerably better. Very professional with amazing commitment to providing the best service. Valentina has contagious energy and enthusiasm which is great for feeling inspired and motivated! Very deep technical knowledge which she passes on and explains in detail and also gives tips on nutrition. Highly suggested and one of the best decisions I have taken !!

Valentina is incredible knowledgable and professional, My husband and I train together and she tailors the exercises individually to suit your ability and needs. I am currently pregnant and she has tailored everything so that it is safe for me and my baby. We’ve been training with her for 3 years now and the change in our physical strength is amazing! Highly recommend

Great Postpartum Training Program With great instructions, the postpartum training program I had from Valentina has helped me feel confident and safe in my fitness journey. One of the best things about this program is that it's perfectly suited for a mum's life. As any new mother can attest, finding time for exercise can be challenging. But with this program, I was able to fit in a workout whenever was convenient, whether that was during nap time or while the baby was playing nearby. Additionally, it took into account the physical changes that occur during and after pregnancy, such as weakened pelvic floor muscles and a weakened core. By targeting these areas with specific exercises, I have regained my strength and confidence. Overall, an excellent resource for any new mum looking to prioritize her health and well-being.

Valentina is amazing. I trained with her before having a baby. She listened and kept in mind what my goals were. She was empathetic towards what I hoped to achieve while also keeping me informed of the science and what my body needed. She has her clients best interests in mind. She was an excellent trainer, but also a listening ear and friend. I highly recommend her.

When I filled out the pre-treatment questionnaire I knew Valentina would offer superb treatment. She seeks to find the underlying problem, to treat more than just the symptoms. She also brings all her PT knowledge when she does acupuncture and massage to give you holistic, personalised care. Definitely recommend as a PT as well as an acupuncturist and massage thersapist to treat any sport (or desk) niggle (injury).

Valentina is an excellent personal trainer, passionate about her job and very knowledgeable. As I asked, she designed a new program for me, considering my spine and knees problems, very detailed and adapted to my limitations. Also, she added videos to help me even more to remember the exercises. Every time we met, she was punctual, patient, and able to explain clearly every exercise. Moreover, she was present by giving me the right attention when neede and constantly correcting my posture, which was exactly what I was looking for and made me feel more confident and safe to train. We agreed for a specific amount of hours and she was able to respect that time, offering me the full experience of learning how to execute my new program, feel the targeted muscles and enjoy the session. Nevertheless, she took time to read about how I eat and gave me very good advises on how to adjust my diet in order to improve my workout performance. If 5 stars are the maximum to express my satisfaction, I give her 8 stars. Great attitude, energetic personality and proactive. Very inspiring! With Valentina I felt understood, supported and had the feeling of being on track, by doing the right thing for my body and having fun. Thank you very much Valentina!

Valentina and I have gone through a lot since I was introduced to her as a lost, post-partum, frustrated gym goer, to now, when, even though we now live in different countries, I seek out and look forward to our sessions. Valentina has gone above and beyond with her work with me, providing nutritional guidance (no starving to lose weight),maintenance programmes when we weren’t able to meet in person and I can always count on her advice and guidance when something hurts or doesn’t feel right, to deal with the source of the pain and regain movement. She truly cares about the well-being of her clients and I cannot recommend her enough as a mentor if you want to improve your day to day life to go forward being mobile, strong and motivated. I love her!

Valentina has a deep interest in and holistic understanding of the human body which means she is the best PT I have worked with.  She takes everything in her stride from injuries to inflexible work calendars, and her direct (yet friendly) approach is refreshing!  As a person to whom training does not come naturally, I am constantly surprised that I have stuck to our weekly appointments (and even done my homework), and for that I give her all the credit.  She is really great!
