They are super easy to get hold of (even on the weekend), have an amazing catalogue of high quality products, delivery is very quick and plenty of options to choose from (DPD), prices are competitive, their returns process is smooth, and all round they are a pleasure to deal with - I have been speaking with Beth and she is just lovely. You really feel like a valued customer here. They kindly returned a pair of Ariat breeches for me, no stress. And now they have put a pair of boots on hold for me for one week. Highly recommended… if you are thinking of going to the large well known UK equestrian website…. Don’t make the same mistake I did: save yourself money, time, and premature grey hair and use Redpost. Aug 06,2022If you want to know I had to check if it was dispatched because and after you send an email to inform me that there was an issue with the shipping But when I checked with one of your team regarding the weight it was normal but he /she did not want to give any answer regarding why was requested the additional charges so I had checked the weight and the DHL in Malta regarding the weight when the parcel arrived and had informed me that it was about 10Kg only while your team did not answer nothing . The only thing she said was is if i wanted to make the additional charges to so that the order be dispatched & you call that service. I am telling you to cancel my profile and my account as I dont have no intention to place other other
