I love that even though you’re across the pond, I get quicker delivery from you than I do from stateside shops. Also, I love the fact that your supplements don’t have as much additives and extra stuff as the US supplements have in them.

The amount of times you arrive instore and staff ignore you as a customer and their is a member of staff that will avoid to do any customer facing work as possible. No member of the team have a warm genuine smile on their faces. Despite spending upwards of £100 every 1-2weeks on feed and other items. Have Raised my Concerns with Sophie and even asked to speak to Louise Tuff to air these concerns with the MD, but was denied this opportunity. would like to try and find another supplier that can fit my needs. Thank your reply to my review but no contact name was left to be able to discuss my concerns with you ?

Paid for next day, but it wasn't dispatched for 5 days, so pointless. One bucket handle ripped just taking one bucket out of the other. Overall terrible experience.
