Nov 02,2021I stumbled across Redpost whilst trying to find a replacement bridle part which was unavailable everywhere. I contacted them just by chance to ask and they got back to me within a few hours and offered to order from the manufacturer directly. I was so pleased with this experience, I logged on to the site to order a new rug for the pampered pony and it was in the post the very same day.

Free postage arrived very quickly and then I had to return sadly because I needed a different size. This too was quick, the on line help was very helpful and I was most pleased to have free return. Aug 20,2021I would give a zero if I could. Ordered a numnah and ears both of which were showing as in stock. Emailed following non delivery ( despite getting an email saying it would be despatched days earlier ) only to be told there is a supply chain issue. If you are showing in stock please have the products available. If you do not have them, just say ! I’d prefer honesty rather than taking payment for items you simply do not have
