I noticed that on my emailed receipt there was no mention of multi pack (over three items) discount, and so contacted customer services to enquire about this and they immediately apologised for the error and gave me discount.Never previously had a problem

Apr 22,2023Earlier this week, someone knocked on our door, offering fresh fish, delivered to our door. We placed our order. Haddock fillets and whole sea bass. The fish arrived, today. Haddock was great but the sea bass, which was ordered whole, came filleted. Very disappointed.

May 03,2023Delivery person had read the notes on order, so it was well received! Frozen was also in another carrier from fresh, again, great! Have had Regal Fish for many years and keep coming back, due to quality and taste so different from supermarket. All items delivered, another plus!!
