It was a big surprise and the size of it was impressive everyone is still commenting on it. Thank you for doing the next day delivery and for making her feel so special. My son was impressed by the personalised wooden box container, and he really enjoyed the delicious cheese and chutney. Delighted with the gift! Cheered him up when he was feeling so poorly. Sep 23,2022The hamper was deeply appreciated by my mother. It was her 81st birthday. What do you get somebody who is housebound, certainly not a racing car experience. So, next best thing was this hamper. Full of tasteful delights and pleasant touches. The birthday balloon is still swollen with air as is my mother with joy.

Sep 09,2022Ordered a hamper via Not on the High Street. there was an issue with the delivery, the fault of the courier NOT the company. I called to speak direct to Regency hampers and spoke to a lady there who was VERY helpful, and offered a solution by promising delivery of a second hamper by 1pm the next day. I also had a response to my online message within an hour. The hamper was delivered as promised and is lovely. its a shame the courier let us both down, but when you get such brilliant service to resolve an issue it really alleviates the worry. Many thank to Regency hampers, will recommend them and use again.

Sep 08,2022I have always had a good experience with Regency Hampers. The items sent are good quality and look wonderful for the person receiving them. On my last order there were issues with delivery caused by FedEx leaving the hamper at the wrong address. Regency helped immediately and even sent out some extra chocolate to the recipient to apologise for the issues. I would highly recommend.
