Jul 04,2022I have ordered several hampers from Regency. The hampers are lovely and are a very good price. The recipients have all said how fresh the items are and how nicely they are packaged. Every one has been delivered on time. I would not hesitate to use Regency again - I don't even bother looking anywhere else now.

Jul 02,2022Great service and the website was easy to navigate. I had some issues at the beginning but it was sorted (I think it was my internet browser). The hamper was amazing, the fact that you can switch items or add was really great. Loved the extra options. The price was also decent. My sister really enjoyed it and said she will order there next time.

Jun 26,2022I upgraded my hamper to include a larger bottle of red wine rather than a half-bottle and a Home Sweet Home mug. It would have been helpful to see a full list of what I had ordered rather than showing the standard hamper contents. I had to ask my friend if she had received a full bottle of wine and the mug.

Jun 19,2022Hamper with personalised cheeseboard, cheese, biscuits and chutney. This was due to be delivered Wednesday 1st June for my friend's birthday on Friday 3rd - 1/2 June were bank holidays. I rang her on Thursday to see if it had arrived the day before. She said no. Then on Friday, her birthday, she happened to see her neighbour who told her she'd taken a parcel in for her. Yes, it was the hamper. The courier had NOT left a note through my friend's door; the neighbour hadn't contacted her to tell her. So coincidentally, she had the hamper on her birthday but definitely no thanks to the courier! That aside, she was absolutely delighted with the gift. I haven't seen them myself, but it sounded just what I'd hoped for and ordered.
