Feb 22,2022I ordered a New Baby Hamper late Saturday evening 12th February 2022. This Hamper was delivered on Tuesday 15th February, as requested. This included personalised embroidery! This was a fantastic service! The Baby Hamper was beautiful and was much appreciated. Regency Hampers were a pleasure to deal with,and the whole experience was trouble free. I would highly recommend Regency Hampers for an excellent service and top class product. Well done to all Staff.

Feb 16,2022This is my absolute GO TO hamper website for business (to send to customers) and personal gifts for friends/ family. The hampers are impressive, there is a wide selection of options for all budgets and it always leaves the recipient feeling wonderful. I have never ordered one for myself, so I can't comment on the products themselves, but I have seen pictures of the hampers on arrival and they always look great. They used to deliver to Europe, but since Covid they stopped, which is a real shame as the options to Europe elsewhere are dire. It would be amazing if Regency could deliver globally :) I would also say that the prices here are much more reasonable for what you get than other hamper websites. Would not hesitate to recommend and as I say, they are my go to for sending hampers.

Feb 14,2022Bought this hamper as a gift for my friend's 50th birthday. Her feedback to me was that the hamper was 'beautifully packaged and presented', 'packed with lots of tasty treats'. The champagne flute 'feels lovely too, not thin or flimsy' and overall the hamper made her feel 'very special' - so if she's thrilled, I am too!! Thank you Regency for a job well done x

Feb 09,2022Genuinely terrible value for money. I think the hamper I ordered was £50? Or more? £60 something maybe and I had a £10 voucher. It was the vegan Prosecco hamper, so chocolates, biscuits, nuts, I think a small jar of jam and obviously Prosecco... Apart from it was the mini bottle of prosecco. The RRP for the full bottle of Prosecco was £12. Apparently they do say on the website that it's the small bottle but I genuinely didn't feel the need to check due to the fact it was a Prosecco hamper with a high value of over £50. You'd expect (rightfully) that it would be the full size bottle. Anyway. Very much no thrills and not worth the money you pay. I also told the customer service that this was pretty rubbish value and their response was essentially "it says on the website" Just buy a bunch of things from Sainsbury's. Better value and full sized products and I'd be very surprised if these things at full size topped £30 at a supermarket. Go somewhere, anywhere else.

Feb 08,2022This created by me hamper was bought as a gift. Excellent all round from ease of ordering to delivery, on time as promised. The recipients said the presentation was amazing. The personalised cheeseboard and set of 4 knives was of a high quality, the wine, crackers and cheese too. They also loved the personalised wine glasses! Will definitely be buying again from this company.

I have now ordered 2 hampers, the quality is fantastic, I love the fact that I can create my own or add to a hamper already put together. Quality is spot in, delivery is free and on time. So many different options to choose from and reasonably priced.

Feb 05,2022I had researched a number of sites regarding the purchase of a presentable practical hamper that could be enjoyed for the future. Unfortunately on this occasion Regency hampers did not fulfil their offer as the item received did not mirror the hamper described in their sale display. The hamper received had no carrying handle which kind of removed the practical aspect of having a convenient means of using for further excursions in the future. In communication with Regency their response was that they had run out of the advertised hampers and had used an alternative, minus the handle, no mention of this was communicated to me at the time of order, which would have been a deal breaker for me. On questioning Regency’s delivered alternative product Regency offered a 25% refund, with no further mileage in pursuing this I accepted their offer.

Mar 03,2022The contents of the hamper were nice, but the quantities were *tiny*. For the cost (and from the pictures on the website), I was certainly expecting more than a thimbleful of each item. The only large item (which I'd expexcted to be small) was the free teddy bear. The hamper arrived promptly and the lady on the helpdesk was great - because your website did not allow me to pay by card myself and she explained there is a problem with that. All in all not a great experience. Ah, well.
