Jan 04,2022Ordered a custom filled hamper for a sick relative, including fresh produce, fish, dairy and fruit with a next day delivery. Shown as pending with fedex a day after delivery. Spoke to regency hampers was assured a replacement hamper would be dispatched for next day delivery, also did not arrive until three days later. No gift survives the phrase: "throw out the fish, dairy and check if the fruit has mould". Paid extra for a custom hamper, with several items not as requested by some margin, who substitutes smoked salmon for strawberry jam? Not the wow we were looking for, avoid. order number 725233

I have always found something appropriate in the assortment of gifts offered by Regency Hampers for the many different people for whom I have ordered presents. Regency Hampers have never once failed to deliver on time.

Jan 03,2022We have used regency hampers over the past few years for our client hampers aswell as any personal hampers we send out, they are of excellent quality and seem to have the best variety of products within each hamper that i have come across. Its was a nice touch also to receive a bottle of champagne as a token of appreciation from Regency when we ordered quite a few over xmas recently. Yum!

Jan 05,2022I always rely on Regency to send Christmas Hampers to my family across the pond in Britain. As a Yank living in Arizona, it takes all the stress and worry out of mailing gifts myself. Even before the days of Covid this was a dicey option. Now I can literally order the week of Christmas knowing they’ll arrive on time.
