May 17,2023I have also just had an email recalling my vehicle regarding the steering column and airbag. My vehicle is a Peugeot Boxer motorhome which is 16 years old. Surely it would have been recalled before now if there were problems? I am going to ignore it . But if it's a scam, what do Regit get out of it?

May 17,2023Regit sent me an email saying my car was the subject of a critical safety recall. Checked with the vehicle manufacturer who told me it was not. Caused a lot of unnecessary concern.

Really good Plus this week I managed to win an Amazon voucher for updating my details. A nice little extra.

Aug 16,2021Filled out a form for a 'brochure' on the Top Gear website. I was dubious at the time that I was to provide my contact number to recieve a brochure along side my email address but not my physical address, although the brochure could be a PDF. However, as I suspected I was then rang several times (caller hung up when I answered twice), then when I spoke to someone they went on about getting me a price for the car in question - no mention of the brochure. This breaks GDPR rules and their own privacy policy.
