I stumbled across Regit by typing my Reg into google, and then setup a digital garage. It keeps all my important dates in one place. Car tax, MOT, service, insurance, and warranty. It is all there to remind you. Really handy, plus loads more. I’ll be back.
As others have found, I visited this site once while researching car prices and have received emails ever since - and the unsubscribe button does not work. I've just added them to my Spam list and so they go straight into the spam folder, but this sharp practice is still very irritating. Hardly likely to win them customers is it?
sending me scam emails and cant unsubscribe.... never signed up in the first place... avoid these folk
It is outrageous that someone can setup a scam like this to harvest personal details. I thought our data was meant to be protected by GDPR. There is absolutely no reason to provide an email address, let alone (compulsory) phone number. If you read the Privacy Statement, it says you can ‘remove your consent at any time’, but doesn’t detail how to do this, but gives a postal address of a Data Controller. NB as I understand it, they cunningly separate marketing preferences from ‘the service you are interested in’, so, by asking for a valuation, you opt in to ‘the service’, giving access to partners. If regit are reading this, as someone who merely wants a valuation, I would like it to be shown on the screen, I do not want ANY further contact, hence this review!
I looked on Regit to find out how much a car was worth.. They called me back the next day a VERY VERY RUDE young man called me to say he had found me a newer car for the same price. I said i had found a car now so this wasn't needed and his rude response was " so I've found 3 cars that's newer for the same price and you don't want me to send them you, alright then '' and slammed the phone down. Sort out your customer service!!!!

Jan 25,2019Having had a little baby recently, I was looking to "upgrade" my car to make sure I can transport the baby and all her much needed belongings. My little VW Polo was not big enough for her little body and her numerous items that need boot space. I was looking at a few different websites for that new car. On Regit, they gave me a free valuation of my car, showed which deals were good/bad for a second-hand car and offered finance as well! I thought twice before doing it via that website that I have never heard of before but it all went well and I got my finance application approved at a very reasonable price and APR. I am now driving a 2017 Nissan X-Trail (which is a great car by the way) and I am as happy as my baby girl and the *no more* nagging wife.
