Dec 02,2024Really unhappy with it, the product I bought expired in four months , 30% because is Black Friday, most is 20 or 30 % off, there is no any information to tell the product close to expired soon, I bought 3ml *6. ,the other I bought 3ml*10 , I can not use them in four months, the product you sell made at 2022 , very bad service as well. No service!!!

I made 3 payment and non of them were accepted nor returned and I am suffering for one week with the international phone calls to get my money Update: the payment issue solved after 2 weeks but for sure the order not yet received 24 days passed … the good side they are sending email updates about the order 🙏🏼

Nov 29,2024I won’t even give 1 star as they supply oxidised/damaged products which damaged my skin after spending £179 in 1 products..tried emailing and calling them to exchange or refund as the product was damaged but they always makes excuses , please do not trust this company, they supply damage products and won’t refund or exchange
