Dec 17,2024An absolutely horrifying experience with the company! I ordered two serums and when they came, I had opened it with care as they were not only expensive products but also in glass bottles. The Mesoestetic Aox Ferulic exploded when I carefully opened the bottle and most of the serum just went everywhere ( like when you shake a fizzy drink and then open the can). I quickly put the syringe in to stop losing all the serum and going on to my black granite kitchen top. The rubber part at the end of the syringe then started to inflate!! Such a scary experience that left me shaken. I contacted Reliable who asked for pictures of the bottle and box saying there was a warning on the box. The warning was found to be inside the lid flap in the smallest of writing saying open with caution as this product may be pressurised. I told Reliable that I did not see this notice but regardless, as noted above I opened this bottle with care as expensive and a glass bottle on my kitchen worktop! Reliable went back and forth asking for more information and pictures which I duly supplied saying it could be a product fault. Then regardless of supplying all of the details they require, they said their Warehouse manager said that the product's packaging includes instructions designed to help prevent such occurrences and that based on their experience, they recommend allowing the product to settle for a short period after transit, as it may have been subjected to additional pressure during transportation. The company has a duty to care and why was that recommendation provided when they sold me this product? They have flatly refused to refund or replace the faulty product and I now have an expensive, half full product!! DO NOT BUY from this company who do not accept any responsibility or duty to care to their customers!!! I am taking this further and speaking to my solicitor to ensure no one has to go through this awful experience!

Dec 17,2024Reliable Medicare offer a great 5 star service. You can buy the products you want at the right price. However, I think they need to review the couriers. No issues with Reliable Medicare or the product and price. Couriers dreadful.

Dec 14,2024This brazen company is shamelessly selling fake Cosmelan peel kit . I purchased it from them a few months ago stupidly thinking it would be the genuine product and that I'd be saving a huge amount of money. The peel caused severe itching & burning on my face. I have had a genuine cosmelan peel previously and never had this kind of itching & redness! Also I NEVER peeled as I did with the genuine cosmelan peel . . God knows what the ingredients are in this fake cosmelan Even the manufacturer Meosestetic have informed me that they do not supply to this company and they are trying to take steps to stop this company selling their fake cosmelan. .Basically I paid £250 for a counterfeit product. Reliable medicare literally stole my money and I want it back. I am contacting Trading standards about them as they need to be exposed and investigated . Their 'genuine 'Cosmelan ( as they state it is' should be tested against the real deal supplied by the manufacturer. Buyer beware that you are giving them a lot of money for a product that cannot perform as its not genuine! . Also my niece is a beauty therapist and she has said that even she cannot purchase the Cosmelan peel kit for the price they are displaying..(£213). That price is too good to be true! . I'm now booked to have my cosmelan with a clinic who have purchased it directly from the manufacturer so I know It's genuine and will hopefully work on my melasma .

Please let me inform any potential customer of reliable Medicare that this company is not an approved seller of our products. They will not even reply to my correspondence when I ask them where they source products from which is very concerning. I receive daily questions about the authenticity of our products bought from this customer and as they do not purchase from us, we can't verify the authenticity of any product. It is up to reliable medicare to do this, and you should ask them for proof of authenticity before purchasing or check with the manufacturer. Some of our products they supply are intended for professional or medical use only, and they can be very dangerous if used incorrectly or applied to the wrong skin. This is very unethical. I have left a number of reviews trying to inform consumers about this customer, but trustpilot keep removing them at reliable medicare's request, which makes me questions how many other reviews they remove to prevent consumers seeing genuine feedback. Today, I received this email from another of their customers. This is typical of the regular complaints we receive from customers who have purchased from this unauthorised seller customer complaint - 12th December 2024 Hi, I am aware of a company selling the cosmelan peel kit at a very cheap price I purchased a set from them last year and I remember my face reacted very badly to it. Also I never peeled which was unusual. I asked them last week via email about the authenticity of the products they are selling and they replied almost their cosmelan products are genuine. I am not convinced.; I would like to contact Trading standards about them. I can forward you the companies details and email response .The company's name is Reliable Medicare and they gave multiple addresses apparently. Please can you verify if the products are genuine because they are selling them at a very low price and it seems to true to be good plus I had a severe reaction to the kit which I never had before with cosmelan
