Ordered a product ME069, it arrived intact the next day. Haven't tried it out yet so cannot comment on what I think of it. I had some concerns about placing an order because of reviews I have seen so I went on the webchat on the RM365 website and someone connected with me and we chatted and it eased my mind about buying something. 5th February I ordered a profhilo from this company (which cost £88 on their website.) I was hoping to receive the product the next day or so.., on the 6th I received an email from them that I have to pay for shipping..6th -February I paid for next day delivery.. (£9.81) But I received the product only on February 9th in the afternoon.. I asked for a refund for shipping., because the product was delivered late., and in the end the product I paid about £120((((., unfortunately I can't say anything about the quality of the product, because my beautician went on vacation and will return in a month, I asked for a refund, but they told me that until I leave a review, they won’t return the money for delivery to me. I do not recommend buying products from this company.And the money will most likely not be returned to me.I am upset by this unpleasant situation.((((((

Si les devuelven el paquete no se hacen responsables y no te devuelven el dinero. Sólo te ofrecen la opción de reenviártelo (por supuesto, bajo nuevo pago de costes de mensajería), bajo la amenaza de que quemarán los productos si no los quieres pero que se quedarán con tu dinero. I ordered on the 12 of December 22. Still waiting for my order and could not get someone respond to my messages in their WhatsApp. Takes them forever to say we will get back with information and will never do. Think twice! I hope this is not a scam. Making people to send wires and then going incognito,
Company will not refund buyer, because the package went missing. Although it is the SELLER’s responsibility to get the package to the BUYER. Steer clear of this company. They will shaft you!

The item was faulty, I sent a photo and video and all I had was an agent saying they were speaking to the warehouse. Totally unacceptable when the item is over £50 and evidence sent to show the fault. Disappointing as I have used them before and not had issues.

The worst customer service I've ever received. This company doesn't deserve any stars. I'm now in the process of taking legal action. Was sent faulty, possibly fake goods. Asked for refund. Refund refused until I sent photographic evidence. Sent several photos.. Waited and waited. Emailed dozens of times. customer services is now refusing to refund? Even though it states in their policy full refund for faulty goods? DO NOT USE THIS CORRUPT COMPANY

Made my first purchase with Reliable Medicare and received my products quite fast! I’m in the US so I expected a long wait but surprisingly I got them much sooner than expected. Packaging was perfect, everything arrived in pristine condition. Getting ready to order more products. Deserves 10 stars!
I ordered the some goods from them after long time and long struggle I got the stuffs but when I open it some product have only one month expiry this is very disappointing for me because basically iam a seller now can't sell these products because of customers now returning these due to short expiry I have contact these people but now they are saying can't change the product because when I ordered I have mentioned the expiry.this is ultimately scamming us because we paid full amount to them but they are not sending goods on time and short expiry products how will I overcome this full lost from this business any legal advice from who see this comment please guide me and don't trust Reliable Medicare ltd UK

Feb 22,2023I have purchased from RM multiple times in the past. My recent experience with them has lead me to take my business elsewhere. 1 - A product was missing from the parcel and the shop's response is that they will not send out the missing product on its own, rather they will combine it with my next purchase. This is after I emphasized to them that I needed this product months ago and I will not be placing my next order until perhaps 3-4 months later. It is their fault that they forgot to include it in the first place and a customer shoudn't have to be penalized due to their mistake. I request for them to send out the missing product on its own and only to be blatantly refused. 2 - I purchased a bunch of products during the Black Friday sale at the end of November but the product was not received until the second half of February. It came to my attention in January that this order has taken exceptionally long, and only upon my enquiry they informed me that they was a strike at the post office and that the postage might be delayed. This shows a lack of initiative to report to customer and inform them of possible delay. When I finally received the product, I found one of them will expire in less than 2 weeks - March 2023! Their online customer service informed that it was a Special Offer which means the product would expire in less than 3 months. I do not recall seeing this, or i would not have purchased it as it would take me 6-8 months to use up that product. The price was 52 pound vs the standard 62 pound, not a significant discount. I communicated with 2 CSR about this and the first one simply told me to contact the postage system for compensation (knowing I am overseas), the second also blamed for the strike of the post office and didn't bother to offer me any form of compensation. There are other inconveniences or bugs on their website which does not make purchasing from them a pleasant experience but the recent experience was the straw that broke the camel's back.
