Aug 09,2023I have purchased a product from this pharmacy which has been kept in unsuitable condition according to two doctors. The injection which they sold to me has gone bad and it could cost my life. When I have attempted to refund the product, they did not accept refund and because the expiry was for 2024, they said you should call to manufacturer however the production date was for 2020. if you care about your health, stay away from this company.

Do NOT do business with this company, their products are not genuine, A quick Google search will demonstrate how many people they have scammed, following this they refuse refunds or replacements ignore emails and To add insult in injury they flag customers comments for defamation here on trust pilot to try to conceal what they are doing, the manufacturers have told me themselves they are overwhelmed by complaints from customers who purchase cosmelan from reliable Medicare, customers complaining they haven’t sold been sold genuine products report them to the yellow card scheme, mesoestetic, action fraud and trading standards, their days are numbered now, too many people are aware of their scams, they will deny everything but are fully aware of what their doing.it’s isn’t just products from mesoestetic either seems many of their products are counterfeit also Update- after the response by reliable Medicare I would like to update readers, reliable Medicare sell replicas I have heard that they import from china, allegedly they claim they source their products from suppliers in Europe but won’t tell anyone who they are, this is as they don’t exist allegedly Their customer service, Denied me a refund prior to any investigation, (not that any was needed as they are fully aware of the scam they are involved in) Their customer service were ‘rude’ and in have ultimately ignored my emails, so don’t be fooled by any well written response to feedback left, they are scammers who I am in the process of taking legal action against to recoup my monies and put an end to their scam! Again do not spend your money on this website unless you want to be sold replica goods, be treated poorly by their customer services, have your feedback online reported by the company, and have to take legal action to get your money back, you have been warned!

Aug 03,2023I ordered products from them for 463£ but didn’t receive the one product I needed to mix with the others. They condirmed the product wasn’t sent to me but refused to deliver it to me without me ordering more products and paying for the delivery. That was very unfurtunate since I had already paid tolls and import fees for it that I can’t get refunded. I’ve never had this experiance with their competators so I advice people to stay away!

Aug 02,2023I ordered needles which I assumed came with syringes … it didn’t state otherwise . Customer service was atrocious and they wouldn’t help me . After reading some of the reviews saying some of the products are fake ! I guess we got off lightly that it was just needles . Avoid .very annoying when companies reply pretending to be helpful once you’ve given your bad review …. After reading all the other terrible reviews I wouldn’t ever use them again so please do not bother to respond again thank you .

Because of express delivery, 21/2/2023 just arrived in China, and it took 3 months for the goods to expire.as the Customs Tariff of China is too high and the goods will expire soon. i have to choose return this package. So I connected the customer service and ask for a solution： I apply for a direct refund （The merchant has received a return.） 7 months has benn passed,the merchants refused to return the goods and asked me to pay for re-shipment.If the goods are out of date after getting them, they will complain about the delivery company. I am very dissatisfied with this treatment. I am so disappointed with the customer service!!!!!!

Picked up order from the office in Birmingham. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Have ordered twice and would definitely recommend Reliable Medicare to everyone. I purchased the Cosmelan peel kit for a fraction of the price a leading skin clinic was asking for.

Jun 22,2023Please DO NOT buy cosmelan from this company. They sell fake cosmelan products. They are a big scam and won't refund me for sending me a fake product. I have used cosmelan for about 6 years now so i didfferently know when it is not right. This is the first time i bought from this company.Their product came in a different colour, with a gritty texture like mud. I reported this to them hoping that they will take responsibility, they refused to accept the product back and refused to refund. I can share pictures of the product here just to make sure they don't scam someone else. They are fake. My Reply to your Response: Again you response below is false. Your product is fake, I wish I saw all your google reviews. I am not only person you have done this too. Your monolog response wont help. I did not use your product, it is a gritty clay/mud not cosmelan 2. You should not be in the market selling fake products

Jun 12,2023They do not sell genuine mesoesthetic and I recently got confirmation from the manufacturers of mesoesthic they do not supply their products to Reliable Medicare. This explains why I went very dark with the products purchased from Reliable Medicare as the products are not real. I have reported them to Trading Standards and the U.K. regulator for beauty and will be commencing legal action to recoup my monies (£400). Beware!!!

Sep 04,2023any doctor , nurse or aesthetician knows that broken plunger makes it impossible to use the fillers as this is very dangerous!!!! and you would never know if the plunger is broken until u connect the needle!!! The video and the pictures shows the issue but you don’t wanna take any responsibility for the faulty product!!! 2 syringes both r broken!!!!!
