Oct 26,2024I sent money from my personal bank account to my wife's bank account in Pakistan, Remit Home held my money and kept asking me to provide statements for the bank accounts where the monies were paid in from, I gave them statements and explained that money paid into my personal bank account was from my sole trader bank accounts, my own bank never questioned me why I am paying money into personal bank account yet Remit Home is, I would not be transferring money into my Lloyds Bank account if the bank accounts were not mine and money paid into accounts did not belong to me, in the end I requested refund from Remit Home as they were wasting my time, I will not be using Remit Home again, so please becareful when you are using Remit Home, as today is 25th October 2024 I still have not had my refund of £2,465.00 when I paid them on 21st October 2024, I prefer to use Taptap Send and would recommend them as they are more professional then this company Remit Home.
