Dec 18,2023Habe jetzt knapp 6 Monate vergeblich probiert, beim "Qualitätshersteller" Magnat eine original FB für ein ca. 7 Jahre altes Sounddeck zu bekommen. Vergeblich. Nach kurzer Suche fand ich einen entsprechenden Nachbau meiner FB bei Remote Control World aus CZ. War mir erst unsicher, ob ich Vorabkasse an ein mir unbekanntes Unternehmen in CZ leisten soll, was ich aber dann doch tat, bevor mein 400€ Sounddeck unbrauchbar wäre und siehe da: von A-Z hat alles topp geklappt und in nicht mal 5 Tagen halte ich hier einen schönen Nachbau meiner original FB in der Hand, die sogar noch 2x wertiger ist, als die Originale. 100% Empfehlung und alle Daumen hoch für dieses Unternehmen!

Dec 18,2023Nachdem meine Original-Fernbedienung für den Truma-Mover nicht mehr lieferbar und auch nicht mehr reparabel war bekam ich einen funktionsidentischen Ersatz geliefert. Die Abwicklung war problemlos, der aktuelle Sachstand konnte über einen online-Chat mit Übersetzungsfunktion abgefragt werden.

There were some functions that Remote Control World could not reproduce as there was very little technical data available but I leave this positive review because I was fully refunded with no need to return the remote. I would buy with confidence again knowing this.

Dec 13,2023Je commande une télécommande compatible LG. Je la teste : seuls 3 boutons marchent, le reste est hors-service, et sur les trois boutons, deux sont inversés : le bouton next et previous. J'envoie donc un mail au service client pour remboursement. D'abord ils me disent de faire des manips avec l'appareil pour résoudre : je l'ai fais mais c'est toujours pareil. Donc je renvoie un mail pour remboursement mais là plus de réponse depuis le 28 novembre 2023, malgré une relance le 09 décembre. Le produit a été expédié depuis la République Tchèque (vu sur facture) vers la France. Je ne re-commande plus chez eux. Et je ne recommande pas non plus cette enseigne à qui que ce soit. Réponse après votre réponse du 13/12/2023 : Je vous ai répondu par mail. Merci de me signifier si une solution est possible suite à l'envoi des photos des produits en question. Cordialement.
