Feb 22,2025Je suis contre l'achat sur internet. Mais quand on ne trouve pas en magasins.... Pourtant, il me fallait une commande à distance. J'ai donc commandé sur VAT Remonte Control World. Et j'ai été agréablement surpris de recevoir la commande 5 jours apres. Je ne commanderais pas sur internet si possible. Mais là, je retiens cette entreprise au cas ou je dois commander une autre Télécommande. Merci VAT

I live in the UK but have bought several "name brand" factory original, remote controls from them over the years; remotes that are very difficult to find in the UK, and if you do find them, are at an outrageous, inflated price. Remote Control World, in the Czech Republic, is an honest reliable and professional company. I personally recommend them.

Feb 19,2025I ordered a replacement remote control for a Livarno LED ceiling light on 15/1/2025. This cost me £12.50 plus £6.10 postage - a total of £18.60 When it arrived, it did not work. After tests which indicated it was sending IR signals OK but may have been incorrectly programmed, we agreed I should send it back. I was told I would be refunded the £3.25 cost of sending the remote control back. I eventually received notification of a refund of £12.50, but this did not cover what I have paid; £6.50 delivery and £3.25 to return. So for a total of £21.85 minus the £12.50 refund, ie £9.35, I have nothing to show for this transaction. I have contacted Remote Control World about this on several occasions - ideally I would just like a remote control that works as advertised, but I am now being ignored.

Feb 18,2025Edited 18/02: upgraded to 5 stars. The company got back in touch with me and offered to send me the correct control that I had ordered. As an apology they also offered to send an original LG control instead of the copy version that I had ordered. Waiting for it to arrive but glad a solution was found. Thank you. 17/02: I ordered a remote for my dad’s LG tv. The remote I was sent was not the control that I ordered and was for a different model. When I emailed customer service to resolve the issue they initially suggested some things to try which I did but they did not work. I then emailed again to request the exact remote that I ordered to be sent to me or else to give me a full refund. I have not heard anything back from them since.

Feb 14,2025J'ai commandé une télécommande originale SAMSUNG BN59-01242A et je reçois une télécommande SAMSUNG BN59-01298D peut-être compatible mais différente et qui vaut 10€ de moins sur Amazon. Rien n'est indiqué dans la description et je n'ai pas été averti. Le support me dit qu'ils ont raison et me propose de la renvoyer en République Tchèque à mes frais bien sûr... Plus jamais!
