I originally ordered a remote from another company based in CZ which went missing in the post and never arrived, which wasn’t their fault, but it took weeks and weeks to get resolved and a refund. No such issues with with Remote Control World, especially with the additional UPS / express shipping options, which I opted to spend the extra £6 on to avoid any international postal issues again. I got the remote the next day! The Sony remote was original and genuine exactly as described and professionally packaged. I would definitely use them again if the need arises. Many thanks!

Sep 26,2023Die Ware (Fernbedienung für ein DAB+ Radio) entsprach exakt den Angaben von VAT Remote Control World. Es musste nichts mehr eingerichtet werden. Eine Batterie war in dem Gerät enthalten. Die Ferbbedienung funktionierte auf Anhieb. Meines Erachtens sogar besser als das Original. Die Lieferung erfolgte im angegebenen Zeitraum. Ich kann daher diese Firma guten Gewissens, ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfehlen.

Sep 22,2023Wirklich schnell geliefert, nagelneu, voll funktionsfähig, jetzt „lebt“ der Fernseher noch ein paar Jahre länger -das ist Nachhaltigkeit! Originale Fernsteuerung und nicht teurer als eine „Universalfernsteuerung“ die dann doch nicht gut passt!

Sep 21,2023Necesitaba un mando a distancia para un amplificador de una marca bastante exclusiva y cara, de ahí que no lo comprara original, aparte de que solo se pueden usar 3 funciones. Tras recibir la negativa de varias web (empresas) a conseguir dicho mando, algunas dedicadas exclusivamente al mundo del audio, contacté con Remote Control World y desde el primer momento su disposición y trato fue extraordinario, consiguiendo en 15 días tener solucionado el problema. Sep 15,2023I needed a new remote control for my Logitech Z607 because the buttons on the original one were broken, the power button and the volume buttons were not working. This current replica is made of much stronger material. Thicker larger design is also made of stronger material and the buttons are much better more durable. It took three days to arrive from the Czech Republic to Hungary. Customer service was perfect within a few minutes they answered all my questions. Keep it up! Thank you

Oct 04,2023Ich habe mir für meine Sounbar eine Fernbedienung bestellt, welche auch schell geliefert wurde.Nach einiger Zeit kam es zu Problemen und ich habe dann den Kontakt zum Service von VAT hergestellt.Dieser hat sofort reagiert und sich der Sache angenommen und bis zu deren Klärung begleitet. Einen solchen Service erlebt man sehr selten und ich möchte mich bei allen Mitarbeiter dafür recht herzlich bedanken, Ich kann das Unternehmen sehr empfehlen, da eine sehr gute Arbeit geleistet wurde.
