Aug 27,2020Very disappointed with service in Renaissance Clontarf. Bought a face mask which was very unsatisfactory - poorly made, very big with no seaming to hold it to face, loose fitting elastic straps - and when I went back with it this morning was told 1) I'd been wearing it incorrectly (not true) 2) my face was the problem (too petite). I put the mask over the disposable one I wore into the shop and showed how it was so large it slid up and down over it. However, the assistant told me that masks are "hit and miss" and that she also had purchased some that didn't function. When I asked, "so that's it?", they nodded. It was a small purchase but staff attitude unhelpful to say the least.
