The staff there are always so helpful and friendly. The whole Online process was extremely user friendly and painless ! My order of a top a jacket and pair of trainers were all perfect - as expected - and arrived next day - a very worthwhile and successful experience ! Looking forward to my next visit ! May 14,2020I was really impressed with my experience buying from Renaissance. I ordered a blouse and a dress. They arrived promptly. I decided to keep the blouse and return the dress. I sent the dress back and promptly received an e-mail confirming receipt of dress and notice of my refund. I’m very pleased with the service and would love to do more business.
