Jan 04,2024I purchased a jumper for my husband for Christmas and they wouldn’t extend their exchange policy as I had not returned the item within 14 days of purchasing even though it was in original packaging with all labels intact. Most companies extend their returns deadline to cover Christmas gifts their policy needs reviewing.

Dec 15,2023Paid 5.99 delivery but one of the items advertised as size 44 on there size guide is actually a size 50 so now ive got to pay to return it! Delivery and/or returns normally free when you spend over ÂŁ100 but not here and why do you only get 14days to retutn when by law you have 28??
