Feb 27,2024Absolutely the worst seller I have ever dealt with online paid £83 for a polo shirt they sent it via Royal Mail which they use Royal Mail delivered it through another letterbox not mine even though I sent them the photo of the parcel in someone else’s letterbox told them it wasn’t my door and have not recieved the item that I paid for they said it was nothing too do with them it’s Royal Mail so I have lost £83 do not use this company you have been warned

Feb 21,2024Shirt arrived really quick. But my only concern was the Paul Smith emblem border was not white, like it is on my other T Shirt I have. If seems to be like a faded colour, rather than clear white. I expected it to be white, and would imagine it should be white.

However upon contact the sales person who responded to my query was very helpful and polite and explained that there had been issues with the delivery company unfortunately. She has agreed to refund delivery costs and resend the item immediately. Very pleased with the service received, thank you.
