Kept up to date, and everything done to try and make sure I got the replacement within the time which I needed it, which I did. Will definitely be using this company again.

Nov 28,2023I am disgusted by the attitude of this shop. I was passing through Marlow and bought a Polo shirt that I later discovered was faulty. As I live in London I notified them by email of the issue. Despite the Consumer Rights Act 2015 being very clear that faulty items should be refunded, they suggested I get it repaired at my own expense. I have pointed out my rights but been told a second time it should be repaired. Total charlatans and you would be safer taking your custom elsewhere.
