My advisor, Dan Crain, was diligent at connecting with me and broke everything down in terms that I could understand. I was even more surprised that once the deal was made, he would still be a direct point of contact for me throughout the process. Made me feel like a human rather than just another number. I look forward to finally seeing light at the end of the tunnel and being able to enjoy life rather than live under the thumb of never-ending debt.

Allowed me to have time to do my own research regarding debt consolidation and took the "scariness" out of the long term of my decision.
