The experience has been terrible. Unfortunately, I was missed informed by Lillie Baughman about the Debt Financial Program being able to assist me with a debt that was in litigation, thus causing me to miss a court date set up by Bank of America. This was the main reason for me to reach out to her and enroll in the program. My Court day was yesterday 8/04/2022. In an e-mail from Ms Baughman I was advised not to talk to nor negotiate with anyone. To my biggest surprise and disappointment, when I called today 8/05/2022 to Debt Financial Program to ask about the status on the negotiation with Bank of America, their response was that they were not aware about any negotiation with this entity, that that account shouldn’t have been enrolled in the first place since it had all ready an open legal litigation by the time I enrolled and this was asked over and over again to miss Lillie Baughman and she assured me that Debt Financial Program legal team, will take care of it. At this point, I missed a court date and my hands have been tied up by the miss information of your representative. In speaking with her today she said that: “maybe we got a newer rep that didn’t know”. “They are a large company”. “That maybe the case was to advanced legally for them to handle”. Excuses! She said if we wanted we should unenroll! I have now been left in a very precarious position due to lack of correct guidance and information. Now having to find a way to move forward and deal with the damage done.
