Dec 03,2022Great , quick & efficient service. I bought a bag in Black Friday with a good price, me thinking I had a great deal. The bag was shipped quickly via DHL. However, I was surprised to find out that I had to pay £148 duty tax or I wouldn’t get it delivered . If I bought the bag from UK website it would have worked out the same or even better deals. Therefore, be aware of import tax bill if you’re buying from the UK.

The only thing to watch is you have to pay import tax to UK which is nothing to do with the company but was wee bit more than I expected. That said I think I received it quicker than half my UK orders!

Nov 29,2022Had to pay high import taxes on delivery, would be better if this was included in the overall price on website. To be fair, this is clear on the website, but still, most other online fashion sites include it in the quoted cost.

On top of the amazing prices, their customer service is excellent (they replied to my email inquiries really quickly) and my orders were shipped in only a couple of days. I would’ve loved to shop with them more often if they stock more pieces from a particular brand that I’m a huge fan of.
