The representative keep telling me that he can not find any record of my order and they do not sell this product even after I told him that I have a charge on my bank account showing Revival Point as the creditor on March 19 2024.

Mar 03,2024Received my package or Revival Point “Muscle Boost” a week ago… I really appreciate the flavor! However, the container package it arrives in and stored in daily is a catastrophe!!! The worst packaging system I have ever seen. It is awkward to use and spills all over. I’m a Spark distributor and user and their containers are fantastic..you can to better Revival Point… much better D Hanton 3/2/2024

Jan 09,2024I placed my order for the Vital Muscle and never received. I kept getting a different story from Revival Point customer service. Their customer service sucks ! Revival Point took my money for this product and never gave me a tracking number. I called their customer service several times and they kept telling me that they will provide me with a tracking number the next day which they never did! Needless to say I asked them for my refund and now wondering if they will give me my refund. I hope they do!

Dec 05,2023I placed my order at the end of October. Received two of the items I had ordered. But I have not yet received my third item. I did ask that I didn’t I want to be placed on a subscription. It was no problem they removed me from the subscription order. I ordered the floral enzymes, Revival point, but I did not receive the floral that cuts the cravings. Please advise Thank you Norma

Aug 19,2023I have a laxative dependency for ivwr 30 years and I have a lazy colon because of that and i also have problem with digesting food and the food stuck in my tummy for days and hardly eliminating and my tummy becomes big frim hardly go to the bathroom. When I take floraspring, i don’t want to say that my problem is fixed but I feel like I go more often to the bathroom cause for me personally floraspring helps me in digesting food. I feel like it helps me breaking down food and I can go to bathroom more often than I used to.

But you fulfilled it anyway & when I emailed you of the matter I received no response or directions to resolve this matter. Very frustrated and dissatisfied customer!!!!!!!

Apr 28,20245/9…Update I still haven’t received a email or the correct address to send 9 bottles that I never ordered.I received my 1shipment but due to a change in medication wasn’t able to try the product right away before I could get through- bottle another shipment arrived I called customer support and ask for return instructions because I wasn’t aware I had even subscribed and I didn’t want the product to sit when I was sure it was working, the woman told be send the 2nd box back and she would cancel the subscription, that was 4days ago. Today 6 bottles showed up instead of cancelling she charged my card for double the order, I called today only to be talk over repeatedly until I had to raise my voice because Renee(customer service rep.) tried to tell me there was a back order so I was due for 6 more bottles on top of the 3 that shipped 4/18 the decide to ship 6 bottles on 4/23 I told her 6 bottles was never order it 3 she continued to talk over me I screamed I’m the customer let me speak she hung up, I called back 5x only to get a recording saying they’ve evacuated the building!!!!! This is why we can’t trust these snake oil scammers!!!
