I purchased 18 bottles of "Floraspring." All 18 bottles indicated what the results would be of taking the pills and that for accelerated results to take upto 4 pills a day. So I took ~4 pills per day and gave ~2 per day to my wife. Neither of us received any of the results stated. All of the bottles stated there is a 90-day money back guarantee. When I requested the refund for all of the product I was given the run around about returning the product and getting a refund for only the leftovers. However, we used all the product and do expect a full refund as it did not provide the promised results. That's what a "money back guarantee" is, a refund of the money. It is not a return of a consumable product for a partial refund. -Edit so at the end of my emailing them back and forth they finally said, "You need to return all the remaining bottles before we can process a full refund." The original email did not indicate a "full refund," it stated, "we will then be able to process a refund for the bottles returned." So I will update this review later if I remember to let y'all know how they did on refunding. Final edit (maybe): They said in the last email: "We apologize for any trouble during this refund process! We just double checked and as requested, we've refunded you for" and then show the refunded charges. I've increased this rating from 1 to 3 since they did honor the refund after much push back. - True final edit: Thank you Shaun for your reply. Bumped up to 4 stars for the courteous reply.

I used the Flora spring and the lemonade probiotic Prebiotic drink for the full trial. Unfortunately it did not work for me and my niece and we took everything everyday we have no product left and I am very grateful your customer service is issuing a full refund as promised!
