this supplements not help me at all, i have contacted in september and explain it, recommendation was take a brake and restart again today I got it! Everything was down to loose time 90days return, if it necessary!
Lian is the customer service person that helped me. She is extremely courteous, patient, focused, and eager to make amends to this order. Lian helped me by canceling my 1 bottle order and assisting me in making a better choice which was to order the 12 bottles for much larger savings. I called to speak with a representative because the online rapid-fire add-ons to what I had chosen to buy were annoying me and making it difficult to tell exactly what I needed to do. The woman I spoke with was calm and patient and she clarified my choice and said she would send me a link to be able to download the digital books accompanying the order I placed for supplements. She explained what I would receive by email when the order is shipped. She asked if I needed any other assistance. I thanked her for her help.
I am awaiting results in my request for a refund. So far I am not sure what is going on exactly, I was told that my request was already done on the date last year I ordered the product? So I wait.
I asked the rep to take me off auto-ship and that I would try the product out since I received them in the mail. I originally received an email saying that my order did not go through because I hit the back button. I was shock when I received my order in the mail.

Although the products didn’t seem to change anything in my body & I didn’t notice any difference, when I just called to cancel & get a refund (bc I am well within my 90 days) they were extremely nice & helpful & said they would refund me for all 4 bottles ! I am AMAZED & SHOCKED !!! I really hope it does go back into my account , I just saw a lot of reviews saying that this company is just a SCAM , BUT from my experience so far I don’t believe it is - it seems that they are a good legit company to me . Now if I don’t get my money back as promised and as the confirmation Email they just sent me states then I will do an updated review; but at this moment in time even though the product didn’t seem to work for me I do think they are a legit good company & I think they are most definitely worth giving a try ! Everybody is different , and what may work for you may not work for me & vice versa ! And I guess my diet could have been better while taking these supplements & maybe that would have effected the results … so give it a try & eat good & exercise & hopefully you will see great results with this product & if you don’t canceling was short , simple & extremely easy & they even agreed to refund every bottle I have gotten , no need to even send back the 1 unopened bottle I still have , to me that seems like a genuine company!

I called today to cancel my auto delivery of FloraSpring. Anna was very sweet and got the request handled quickly. I appreciate the fine service.
As I was confirming payment of some "gut Health" or weight loss supplements. I got a notice on the screen telling me I would get my next auto-shipment of the product on Oct. 14th. I didn't want an automatic charge for more of this product before I could try it out within the first 90 days of use. I called the 1-800 number and was greeted by a customers service rep. who immediately resolved this issue and sent me a confirmation email of resolution. So far, so good. I only hope the product is as good as the customer service I received.

Honestly you are sending way too many articles to my emails and I’ve tried to adjust these on the page you have in which to do so, however, I’m unable to do so on the page to make the changes as to what I want to receive because it jumps right to the page without me being able to make changes. I mean there is mail coming in every few minutes. I’m unable to do anything else, I try reading them, but there’s just too many coming in at one time. I have Zoom to enlarge page but as I try to mark what I want and don’t want, it immediately goes to a page, therefore, my carpal tunnel hands cannot handle receiving these articles every few minutes. Can you help me or send it another way so I can actually see what there is to choose from? I have grandchildren and am unable to spend time with them or get anything else done having my phone constantly receiving all this mail. I do not have FB anymore so you’ll have to send to my email where everything else seems to be coming into. I thank you for any help you can give me. Sandy Miller
