May 02,2021We purchased our new car with Reynolds of Selby and from start to finish our experience/the service was first class. At a time when restrictions were in place due to COVID we needed a professional outfit and that's what we got. Any questions we had were answered without delay, we received a walk around video because we are not local and we asked for the car to be delivered! We would not have done this if their reviews were less than great but I can honestly say that all the positive reviews we read are spot on! The driver who delivered the car was so helpful (and considering the distance he drove) personable as well as knowledgeable answering all my questions. The office manager who dealt with the payment and documentation was very helpful and professional making sure I had everything. Richard (the Director) was very helpful and made the process painless, including the aftercare. What a team... and what a car, beautiful .... thanks all! Robert.

Sep 15,2020I am actually sat in the showroom now writing the review as I have turned up to have a wing mirror fit to a van, and unfortunately the battery failed - without hesitation the team have helped bump start and now are charging the battery, as I write. They have helped without any fuss or bother and made me feel welcome and safe! I use Reynolds regularly for my car repairs and would recommend to anyone! A friendly, helpful, customer first team!

Perfectly polite and approachable salesmen. Very honest and good quality cars/warranty. Would highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

The customer service I have recieved so far in purchasing my car (which I am extremely happy with) has been superb. After having bad experiences with car dealerships in the past, my experience with Reynolds has been extremely positive. We were looked after by Wayne who was polite and very professional. Unlike the typical car salesman that jump on you as soon as you walk into the lot, Wayne left us to test drive the car in peace with a very quick and efficient service. Upon picking up the car, I saw that inside was valeted to a very high standard. Even though there were a couple of scratches on the bodywork and an alloy scuff that were missed, Richard was extremely helpful in getting it sorted which showed a great aftercare service - unlike any other car dealership. A huge thank you to all at Reynolds. My car buying experience has been fantastic! We will be back.

Phone call to Reynolds and was told that they were already overbooked but bring them anyway and we will see what we can do. Result, both cars fixed! Jan 01,2020When you need to change your car I strongly suggest you look no further than Reynolds of Selby. We had seen a vehicle on their website and knowing the popularity we decided to go look the following day which happened to be a Sunday. On arriving we were able to look around the car lot without being jumped upon by an over excited sales person and in fact we were treated with dignity and respect when we couldn't find the car we'd hope to see. Unfortunately it was locked in the garage and having travelled 40 miles it was a bit disappointing. Our host, Wayne, was having none of that and suggested we put down a minimum returnable deposit and we could return at our convenience to view and test drive. We did just that and the following Sunday we ended up buying the car. At this point I would rant and rave at the injustice of the used car industry advertising a price that is as near to on road as the sky is to the ground. Not so with Reynolds, barring the road tax there were no hidden "you must have this and you've got have that" costs, in fact they gave me half a tank of fuel for the "wasted" journey the previous week, unnecessary but well appreciated. A week later, after a free service and Christnas break I'm on the road feeling like I've won a decent prize on the lottery. Thanks Reynolds of Selby. I'm sure you'll have plenty more satisfied customer with those high standards. Absolutely 5 Star

Dec 05,2019Can't recommend the team at Reynolds of Selby enough. I bought a car last month and the process from end to end was superb. I live in Northern Ireland so it was a daunting process committing to buying a car from a dealer so far away but the service I received was first class. I am very particular about the cars that I buy so before travelling Richard give me a full run down of the car and sent a video walk-round allowing me to see the condition and features in video as it's difficult to get a true feel for the car from pictures. They also offer the free airport pick up service which was great. I was picked up from Manchester airport and brought right to the front door to meet Richard. This service took a lot of pressure of the organising of my travel. Even when I found a small fault with the car, they were on hand to advise and help me get it sorted. Their after sales service is amazing especially considering of the location differences. Overall it was a really enjoyable experience dealing with Richard and the team. Thanks Guys!

Nov 26,2019Just bought a car from Reynolds of selby after a few months ago purchasing one for my father in law what I really liked was we just drove up and straight away got a test drive and when we got back to the garage they had valued ours we did a deal on the same day which I liked excellent staff and made the process so easy would definitely recommend to other family and friends

May 19,2021I recently purchased a car from Reynolds of selby and was a little nervous being a distance buyer but after talking to Richard and Wayne i was soon relaxed and any questions i asked or requests for more video of car , info on car etc etc etc was never too much for them. We did a great deal all round , the car turned up in pristine condition , better than i imagined as not seeing it in person and even got a set of plates thrown in ready for private plate to be moved over , nice touch . Along with the 2 yr warranty , 1st class service , 100% honesty from start to finish all i can say is if you want to buy a car and trust the salesman then call in to reynolds of selby as they are as good as it gets . I live in Suffolk. 200 miles away and would have no doubts about buying another car of Richard and the team . Once again big thanks to you all . J Mayhew - Suffolk
