Jan 20,2019I needed a modest second hand car as a stopgap until I knew what my needs would be longer term. They listened carefully and we matched an ideal one in superb condition for the year at a fair price. In the year that followed I put 25,000 miles on it with one minor fault - a wiring connector that was replaced without question under the warranty. MOT and serviced very cost effectively and efficiently as well. I'm now working out if the replacement will be a used or a new one and which engine type-I've every confidence we'll arrive at the ideal solution.

Very good feedback on possible change of tyres in future including prices and advantages of the different makes. Very informative chat about possible car purchase but with no pressure. Very pleased.

Jan 17,2019It's a 90 mile round trip for me to go to Reynolds, but I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The service you get from Richard and his team is second to none. They deal with the servicing and repairs for both our cars and they knock spots off main dealers for both service and price. They only do the work that is necessary and won't try to get you to pay for anything that doesn't actually need doing. Definitely worth the trip!

All they want is that you find the right car that is for you. I would highly recommend Reynolds to anyone considering a car purchase. I will definitely be returning when we need to replace a vehicle.

Nov 11,2018I've been a customer of Reynolds car service department now for 15-20 years, which tells its own story, and despite regularly thanking their excellent service manager, Neil, for the service they provide, I never think to take to social media / the internet to 'spread the word' (wrong generation for this to be automatic!). I spotted this opportunity to praise them wider and have jumped at it. Firstly, for a car service outlet, I trust them.....completely. The advice / recommendations they give are based on need / fact and always but always improve the car and keep car maintenance and value high. The standard of the work is superb and they take such pride in what they do, if you aren't completely happy sure about something, they gladly look into it / correct it. I hasten to add the latter situation is extremely rare....I can only think of one minor thing it the 15-20 years I've dealt with them. It's the quality of customer service and care that puts the icing on the cake though. Each and every person you deal with has a lovely manner, is polite and friendly, and can't do enough to make sure that the experience is very positive from an experience, a cost and a result perspective. In short they are a superb business and I can't praise them enough (I'm give them six stars out of five if I could!).

Nov 03,2018I bought a car from Reynolds in May this year. Unfortunately there were lots of problems with the vehicle and I eventually returned it to them and was refunded in full. Reynolds let me use one of their courtesy cars until they found me a replacement. It was unfortunate that I had to return the car however the service they gave me was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle. Yvette Britton

Oct 27,2018Before I wrote this review I had a quick read through the previous ones, and I am very pleased to see others taking the time to ensure that everyone in the Selby area knows that there is such a great garage available to them. I have brought half a dozen cars to be serviced and/or repaired over the 15 years or so since I discovered Reynolds, ranging from Ford Focuses and Mondeos to Mazda MX5s and BMW Z4s. All have been looked after with great care and service. Reynolds have never suggested, or carried out, any work without consulting with me, and I trust them to look after my cars. There is clearly a culture of service and professionalism at the firm, instilled by the owners, that runs from the management through to all of the staff who should feel proud to work there. And finally, Richard has excellent taste in both motorcycles and historic racing cars!
