Jul 05,2021Buckets are so hard to find for the 14 tonner at the moment. I phoned up, the guy on the phone knew the exact machine we had and had our buckets and forks to us by 10am the next day. Unbelievable service to be fair!

Jun 24,2021Hi Spoke with Warren who was polite efficient and knowledgeable. On item was out of stock but this did not delay the main order. Delivery was prompt and quality when arrived was exceptional. I would definitely use Rhinox again and recommend Rhinox for any excavator related parts.

Jul 07,2021Ok so I ordered a 4ft clean out bucket and when it showed up after 6weeks it was wrong. Did not fit because pin space was 1/2in off. Refused delivery and it is on its way back. They have tracking number so they can see that it is on there way back to them. Asked for a full refund because I need to buy one that fits but they say they have to receive the bucket back witch could take 8-12 weeks. Wish I would have looked at reviews long before ordering. Will not recommend EVER! Still waiting on refund!!!!
