Oct 01,2021I had placed an order on September 21st for the Bobcat E20 6”, 9” and 24” inch digging buckets with the teeth option, a 36” cleanout bucket, three sets of quick couplers, three pairs of Bobcat bucket pins, six pairs of “dummy” pins, and eight additional replacement bucket teeth. I immediately received an itemized order confirmation which accurately showed all the items I had ordered. On the 23rd I received a call from Rhinox and spoke to Warren to confirm I had wanted to order the three sets of quick couplers, perhaps because they were the most expensive parts on the order and shipping an extra set is costly, which I appreciated. Early morning on the 27th I receive an email stating my items had been shipped, again with there being an accurate itemized list of the order. Late at night I receive an email from Nicky who had sent an invoice for the order along with a message saying to contact them if there are any issues with my order. I look over the invoice and notice there is a discrepancy and that the 8 additional bucket teeth I added to my order were no longer there. I respond on the 28th asking if this was a mistake. I receive a reply from Warren stating, “The buckets are coming with teeth fitted as per the order. This doesn’t normally show on the invoice.” I reply, “I understand the digging buckets I ordered come with their own teeth. The additional 8 teeth were added by me before checkout to replace the ones on the buckets I already own.” Warren: “I can quote on replacement teeth but they do not come free of charge! The option you’ve selected on the website was for the buckets to come with teeth fitted. You can select teeth and blade if you want a blade also or you can select the blade on its own (no teeth supplied) which will be fitted to the bucket.” Me: “I wouldn't have expected them to come free of charge. But I would have expected them to be charged and shipped with my order if they were added to my cart and my purchases placed. Please reference the link I used to add them to my cart .../products/blade-teeth.” Warren: “Yes well I can only apologise for the confusion. The bolt centres on our teeth are 55mm to suit a lip plate thickness of 16mm, will this fit onto your existing bucket?” Me: “The pages where I added each of the buckets, aside from the clean-out bucket, all say "Teeth Included". So it would only make sense that anything added to my cart from a separate items page would be an addition to my order. If I used the incorrect item page to add teeth to my cart, please let me know and send me the correct one.” Warren: “The teeth option is purely to confirm what you want fitting to the bucket when you order. If you need extra teeth these are advertised separately on the following link: .../products/kubota-sidecutter-bucket-teeth-pair” Me: “So aside from the options for teeth and blades being clearly advertised on the buckets product page, there is a separate page that is void of price, looks like a separate item, and is allowed to be added to a customer’s cart regardless of the options added from the buckets product page. Rather than try and convince a customer they are confused and miss-interpreted how their bucket teeth options were made, you could have acknowledged the defective product page that does nothing to their order when added to their cart except for being artificially placed on it. I appreciate you sending me that link, but I don’t need Kubota Side-Cutter Teeth, as that’s not what I had originally ordered. I don’t think this conversation needs to continue. Take care,” Today, September 30th , the page I had used to order the bucket teeth has now been removed. If the original order had been honored and charged correctly, this would be a five star review, as I hear that their merchandise is top-notch. But this review is purely one on their customer service and their attempts to gaslight me into thinking I misunderstood how I had placed my order rather than take responsibility for a defective item page.
