Sep 11,2020I bought a new bucket and manual hitch for my JCB. Placed the order in the afternoon over the telephone with David and collected the items around an hour later. David had asked if I could collect the following day as they had a delivery in progress but agreed to me collecting the same afternoon. The design and appearance of the items looks very good and the price was excellent. A great manufacturer, great service and all for a great price. What more could you ask for. A big thank you from a very happy customer 👍😃.

Sep 09,2020We have been looking for the right quick hitch for some time now, initially i wasn't sure i was ordering the correct hitch for our machine so i sent Rhinox an email late one night. The next morning Warren from Rhinox called and guided me in the right direction. 24 hrs later I had a well engineered, new hitch and ditching bucket, which fits like a glove. What a great service from initial contact to delivery.

Sep 05,2020Order process very simple and seems good value for money, your carrier company let you down slightly as I'd ordered late on the Wed on 24 hr delivery, didn't turn up until the Tuesday after the Bank Holiday Monday, all in all very happy

The build is absolutely fantastic trully looks like it is built to last as well as being superbly engineered. The product in my opinion is a credit to your craftsmen who manufactured it and the design engineers who designed it. The following day I received a phone call asking if I needed help to decide on the suitability of the product and was sent a discount code by email. Well done, Rhinox. Next day delivery and all arrived in perfect order complete with a set of pins. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them for excellent service and product.

Aug 13,2020The quick hitch looked good when it arrived but it didn't fit the buckets well at all , so much so I have had to take the safety pin out so that the bucket will hitch ! So I was not that happy with the quick hitch but and the service wasn't that good either as delivery was late as you had run out of stock . My last digger I had a quick hitch made and it was delivered inside a week and it fitted any bucket on it that I had . So getting back to your quick hitch I'm not totally happy with at all for the above reasons . Regards Steve
