This is my first order with Rhinox and I am very surprised at the time it has taken for them to deliver my order. My order was confirmed on 17/06 and today is the 21/06 and I have as yet not not received the delivery of £600+ parts for my digger. I am not terribly impressed, I could have picked up these parts from my local Kubota dealer on the same day for a little more money and the machine would be back earning money. Not sure I will use Rhinox again.

My team purchased a Quick Hitch, this arrived with a significant machining defect on the main bearing face which will significantly reduce the life of the product. Contact and discussions have been made with the company in the request of a replacement, however they state the product to be functioning. The machining error reduces contact of the Pins by approx. 30% and causes a point loading, this component should not have passed quality checks prior to delivery. We purchased from Rhinox group with the hope of 'high quality products' however have been very disappointed.

Ordered a set of bushes and pins for the dipper end and kingpost. Everything was OK apart from an incorrect set of bushes for the boom up down. 2mm too large. Very disappointex
