all good but bucket did not go to address for delivery it went to office address this was not good it means I have to take it there, and Fed ex do not normally find us

Money was taken and order confirmed but I have been left hanging with no idea when the order is likely to be delivered which has brought work on site to a standstill. Awful customer care and not what they advertise.

Good web site.Could look at postage costs. Bought small items £16 the postage was £13.99.Not great but did get a free bag of sweets.Got other nuts and bolts from different supplier free postage..

Easy site to navigate to find what I needed. Helpful when telephoned to confirm sizing. Order made and delivery happened with in time specified. So great! Do not know if they are expensive compared to others, but provided me with what I needed in a timely manner. Would use them again.

I have a Kubota K008-3 which is the perfect machine for me, but very few buckets are available here in the US. As I searched online I came across Rhinox and found their site to be well organized and easy to search. I was in search of a 6” wide bucket for irrigation lines and a 30” ditching bucket and found both online. I was a little hesitant to place an overseas order at first, but decided to go for it. The 6” and it was at my doorstep here in Michigan in about a week. Rhinox truly ships quick and I was so pleased that I immediately ordered the 30” ditching bucket. You can’t go wrong with Rhinox.
