I ordered a digger bucket on-line. Almost immediately I received an apologetic phone call to say that the last one in stock had just been sold and new stock would not be available for three weeks. I was given the options of cancelling or hanging on and chose the latter. The bucket arrived three weeks later to the day. Rhinox could have prevaricated but took an honest approach. I regard this as great customer service.

With a new micro mini excavator, I had few good options. I am extremely happy with the great quality and the reasonable pricing at Rhinox. Also, Warren took the time to help me with shipping. Speaking of shipping, it was like it came across town, not from Great Britain to Pennsylvania, USA. - Wish I would have purchased it sooner.

Your website is great and very good to use. When it said the bucket I wanted was in stock I purchased it and told it was being dispatched. When it hadn’t arrived I phoned to ask and was told it was a month before I would get it. Not best pleased . But hope to receive it very soon.

Recently purchased a quick coupler for my Bobcat E20. Ordered it and I received it in about a week. After removing the pins and bucket, which always takes me about 20 minutes, I installed my Rhinox coupler. I ordered it to accommodate my hydraulic thumb. It all fit together perfectly. It used to take me 20 to 40 minutes to change buckets. That fact alone would keep me from using the right bucket for the job. The first time to change buckets took me approximately 2 minutes! It took longer to drive Over to the other bucket than it did to hook up. I then used the excavator till dark with no issues from the new system. What a joy it is to work with my machine again. THANKS guys for building a high quality part.

Rang to enquire about buckets sizes, gent on the phone was mega helpful and knowledgeable so I placed the order there and then, Bucket arrived within a few days and is excellent. Great Customer service, Great Product, company is going places!!!!
