Jul 14,2022It is a rare thing nowadays to receive such excellent customer service and the service received by Rhythm ‘N’ Vape was second to none. Sam and his crew are very attentive and well informed with their technical knowledge, providing extremely useful advice on my purchases. Costs of equipment were very reasonable and comparable to online stores (I checked online prices whilst in the shop) and the shop is clean, tidy and very fashionable with seating areas and coffee available - allowing me to sit and relax whilst considering my purchase. I have since ordered more juices on their online store and delivery was quick, efficient and hassle free. Such a difference to other shops where the staff can’t be bothered to serve you and any questions are met with an attitude. I shall be ordering again soon.

During lockdown, Sam & his team went the extra mile for their customers and even offered home delivery! And, now things are almost back to normal, I can confidently say this is one of the best Vape shops in the area 👍
