Got me set up on the app and talked me through uploading and starting everything on the app, ran through all the details thoroughly and got a call back saying the ball was rolling the day after sending off all of my details.

Mac has been fantastic from start to finish, the communication from the team is amazing and no question is ever too tedious for them. The process is painless, they take care of everything and have even looked after me post-claim to ensure everything is okay. I really can’t recommend RIFT enough.

Oct 23,2024Normally, people do not trust everything they read on the Internet. Especially reviews. But RIFT is legitimately an excellent service and very simple. The last few tax returns I did by my self, I kept doing them wrong and the HMRC told me that If I kept making mistakes I would be fined. So a friend recommended RIFT. I rang them up and they went through everything and answered all my questions. The website and app you will use is very simple, answer all the relevant questions and let them do the rest of the work. They got my return done hassle free and quickly. Highly recommend.

Oct 20,2024I recently contacted Rift after getting a referral from a friend who had used them. Within days they contacted me and we got the ball rolling. The process is simply and effective. There is always someone available to help you along the way. Within I couple of months I had £2,500 refund. Minus fees well worth it. Nov 01,2024I’m sorry but 36% is a joke. I have worked out that I am only getting £600 more of my rebate than they are. Clear at the start or not it’s not on. Being charged £800 for a tax return is absurd. Will never use again. And am actully really angry about it. Good service at the start and actully recommended people but after finding out there taking that much I told people not to use rift and can’t help feel like I have been scammed for money.
