Sep 28,2024Mak L Is awesome just wanted it done and dusted everything was sorted in a space of a week just a waiting for payment, I’ve been using rift for few years now and everyone of them are good at what they do but I’ve never been sorted this quickly before and that’s what it’s about get it done as fast as possible

Sep 27,2024I have just finished completing my tax refund with rift. The process was super easy and the team have been there every step of the way! But this aside my main reason for leaving the review was the outstanding customer service I received from a lovely gentleman called Mak. Totally understanding and very patient with myself throughout. Over our chats Mak had remembered conversations we had previously that had not even regarded the refund and to me this was a touch of class and made the overall experience personal throughout. Mak Is definitely a credit to the company and definitely goes way above the line in my opinion. I will 100% reuse Rift for my future tax returns if this is line of customer service received throughout.

Sep 26,2024Dennis C was fantastic in completing my claim. Excellent communication from the initial phone call confirming details to the email confirming the amount I am due to receive very shortly. It is well worth the small amount of commission this company earns from the claim as I certainly don’t have the time or knowledge to be able to it myself. Highly recommend using RIFT

Sep 24,2024The process was Easy! I don’t mind the wait if I don’t have to do the work so rift works perfectly for me! The team work hard and really know what they are doing, every time I spoke to someone they were very helpful. Iliana Kabaivanova was great in helping get my refund! Also when I had referred a friend and not received the £50 fee Alex D’silver was great at sorting this for me and calling when he said he would which I definitely appreciate! Hopefully I speak with him next year as customer service was excellent! Hope he got a bonus!
