Oct 10,2024Really quick and easy to do. The app is user friendly and simple. Archie, who was dealing with my claim was great, professional but also funny. Timelines were given but everything seemed to happen alot quicker which is great and not usual for nowadays. The only negative I'd say is their fee. They're providing a good service, but I do find it a bit expensive.
