Oct 18,2024Held bonds with the Company for a good few years. Then asked a simple request relating to our Bonds. Mysteriously they need me to certificate my address and identity. Given that they have been sending me quarterly statements for a number of years, then why this strange request from me before they provide the data requested?? Is it a delay tactic. Who do they think that they are sending my statements to - it’s the same name, same address and has been for 20 years!
