Sep 08,2023The product itself is very nice, but 1 you should provide installation instructions in different languages and not only in English 2 you should provide torque and specific spacer to be used for any kind of bike. On the list provided, I can not find Ducati Supersport.

Aug 22,2023Ich habe einen Reserve Schlüssel bestellt musste auch 5 Wochen darauf warten bis ich ein Paket bekommen habe, leider war ein Zylinder mit zwei schlüsseln im Paket, das ich aber nicht brauche ich will einfach nur einen reserve schlüssel haben zu dem schlüssel den ich schon habe ich brauche in summe 3 schlüssel, und habe wieder nur 2 bekommen. ich bitte um info und um meinen bestellten schlüssel den ich bezahlt habe aber nicht bekommen habe.

Jun 30,2023Had binnen 24 uur na installatie van de Roadlok een probleem met het slot. Zonder discussie kon ik het slot vervangen voor een nieuwe. Excellente begeleiding bij dit proces door Roadlok (NL), vriendelijk, competent en ongecompliceerd. Houding van: Problemen moeten opgelost worden, anders ben je deel van het probleem. Absoluut een aanrader voor technologie van dit remschijfslot-systeem en de service!

Sep 12,2023First and above all: I love the integrated lock on my Motorcycle. I have mounted it on my BMW R1250GS. My insurance company accepts the quality as sufficient ASK4. This being said, I think there is room for further innovation: 1. When unlocking, the breakbolt doesn't come out without 'turning' the wheel. 2. Is it possible to design the roadlock in such a way that it isn't necessary to remove the bolt. Keep on the good work!
