Jan 11,2023Sam, was faced with a number of challenging and complex issues in relation to my difficult and large claim , made more difficult by the Defendants continued total reluctance to settle my claim according to their own evidence! She was determined not to be beaten by the Defendants Solicitors, who throughout dragged their heels in the hope we would settle for less than that which was offered. Sam never gave up, and ultimately received an offer, two years later that was almost three times than that which was initially offered . The claim settled for several hundred thousand pounds. I cannot recommend her or her firm highly enough. Outstanding across the whole piece.
