Although the website is really easy to navigate, I still wasn't sure which product to pick for my application. The customer service rep was really helpful, and fast! She quickly helped me pick out the right carbon fiber panel. Shipping was really fast, too! I am really happy with the quality of the product as well. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Composite panel was extremely late and only arrived after spending hours on the phone figuring out logistics between Rockwest and their supplier (this is something that a customer should not have to do) To top it off, the panel was warped. We've never had a worse experience with Rockwest. *Replying to comment below What those dates don't show is the number of times I had to call to push this through. 8/9: I called detailing wishes for a partial order and was told I'd be called back by 1pm. I was also told that the vendor will be late on the aluminum panels by 3-5 days. I call back at 1pm and cannot connect to any representative. 4 hours of calling Rockwest go by and I finally get through only to find the person supposed to call me has left the office. In addition, I contacted the vendor and they have the panels ready and are waiting on Rockwest. 8/10 I call Rockwest back and was told that the person was in fact waiting on me to call them back (which was certainly not true). I detail the urgency of the project and how important it is to get out on time. I am then told they can get it shipped out 8/10. In addition, Rockwest is surprised to learn that the vendor panels are ready (again, this was information I had to convey). 8/11 I call back to check the status and find out the panels were not shipped due to a faulty shipping crate. I understand that FedEx wouldn't pick this up but why couldn't an "in-tact" crate couldn't have been used in the first place, especially after emphasizing the urgency? I am also told the panels will arrive on Monday 8/16 (keep in mind I ordered 8/3). 8/16 Panels have not arrived 8/17 Panels arrive and composite panel is warped. I will follow up with a photos once the panel arrives back to my office.
