Jan 25,2022very disappointed. there was nothing mentioned about a shelf life on the product i purchased. and it when it arrived it only had a 3rd of its life left. after this review they quickly said to email so they could help, but they really doubled down on the customer service and never replied to the email. must only reply on here so it looks good. disappointed again.

Jan 03,2022The website did not seem to allow us to add the cut size we required. I called into the company. Spoke with a very helpful representative who was able to take our order. Only to find out shipping was $800.00. The representative once again was extremely helpful. After several phone calls and e-mails we were satisfied with the cost for shipping becoming $493.00. 2 cardboard boxes 1 was 12 x 12 x 12 and 7lbs. the other 96" x 7" x 11" : 35 lbs. **KEEP AN EYE ON SHIPPING COST IF YOU ARE QUOTING A JOB.

Feb 15,2022I needed a particular adhesive epoxy (Pro-Set 175/273) for a special project. I searched and found exactly what I need at Rock West.
