Mar 12,2021I placed an order and some of it was on backorder so it did not ship. I was a little disappointed that I was not aware of the backorder when placing the order and did not know about it until 2 days later. But once I was made aware the customer service rep went above and beyond to help me. She identified a reasonable alternative and quickly got it processed and shipped. So service was AMAZING once the backorder was figured out. But I had to take off a star because nothing ever said that the product was out of stock and it delayed the whole thing by a couple days which forced me to pay more in shipping to get it on time. But in regards to the product itself everything is exactly as described and of very high quality. Despite the little miscommunication in the start I am very happy with everything and will certainly be ordering from Rock West Composites again.
