Nov 10,2020You cannot ask for better quality product, faster shipping or better service. A representative from the company also contacted me a few days after receiving my order to confirm everything was as I expected it to be and also made me aware of other services they offer after inquiring about my use of their product and future needs. This was a small order of some discontinued product and that made no difference to them. My first order and experience with Rock West and there will be many more to come.

Nov 10,2020I received cosmetic weave samples to determine whether I want to buy bulk. The samples were crumpled up into a ball of bubble wrap. They were made useless. After that I contacted customer service and never got a response.

Nov 09,2020Charges a restocking fee for returns... I had to pay for shipping my return. Then, they don't credit you your payment even when you have proof if receipt of the return by Rock West. I waited 6 weeks for a refund which never came. They claimed the item was 'used' and I didn't even open the box THAT THEY SENT ME before shipping it back. Then, after I inquired, they again dragged their feet, and did nothing. I lost not only the $$ for the item, but the item is now back with them, and I lost $25 to ship it back to them. Rock West is unethical. Period. Go to West Marine.

Nov 03,2020I looked everywhere for the CF tubing I needed that had an exact OD. I had the specs but couldn't find it anywhere. Then I found Rockwest. And, they figured out how to do it. I replaced the parts on my Sachtler tripod today and they fit perfectly. Thank you. It's so nice to have a company (the people who are the company) want to work to find you a solution.
