Mar 12,2020I rated RoGallery 5 stars because the customer service was excellent, the art was delivered flawlessly, and the overall experience was fantastic. The one area for improvement is the streamlining of the payment process - if a credit card is required to hold a place in the online auction, why can't the same card be charged for lots won?

Mar 19,2020I bid online on a beautiful serigraph and was delighted when I won! The gallery congratulated me promptly and explained the very easy procedure for payment. Just 2 days later, the piece arrived by UPS. It was very carefully double-boxed for shipment. Although the outer box was beat up, the framed artwork was perfect. Even the glass was protected by a plastic film. The serigraph looks great in our home. Overall, a great experience.
